The Minister of Communication and Media, Mrs. Laurence Ndong, received in audience Mr. Cleef Mbadinga, Sound engineer and first African winner of the « RFI Instrumental » prize since its creation in 2017. The meeting enabled the Minister and Mr. Madinga to discuss the prospects for development of the sound sector in Gabon.
